- Quince Paste El Quijote

How to prepare Quince Paste Dumpling?
- We take the dough of the dumplings, and we fill them in the center with quince paste.
- We fold them in half, and leave them in the shape of a crescent, and close them with the help of a fork so that the dough sticks well to both sides and does not open when we put it to fry.
- Put hot oil in a pan to fry, and add the dumplings one by one. When they are golden brown, we take them out and drain them on a little paper, and cover them with a little icing sugar.
