How to prepare Quince Paste Dumpling?
  1. We take the dough of the dumplings, and we fill them in the center with quince paste.
  2. We fold them in half, and leave them in the shape of a crescent, and close them with the help of a fork so that the dough sticks well to both sides and does not open when we put it to fry.
  3. Put hot oil in a pan to fry, and add the dumplings one by one. When they are golden brown, we take them out and drain them on a little paper, and cover them with a little icing sugar.
